This is a test post written by a Rudy Joe imposter.

Seeing Pope Benedict XVI from his balcony window give his Angelus benediction in St. Peter’s Piazza. Seeing St. Peter’s lit up at night across the Tevere. Attending Mass at the main altar underneath St. Peter’s Walking through the Roman Forum Seeing so many statues and paintings that I’ve read about for years! Italian pizza- oh, so much better than our American pizza; no wonder we’re so overweight! Gelati! (Italian ice cream) If you can think of a flavor, it’s there. Having a Carabinari ask for my papers. Made me glad I live in America. No papers in the USA- God bless America! (No, I didn’t get in trouble). Going to Bilbao last weekend, and seeing the city from which my great-great grandfather came to the New World. By the way, everyone says that the pretty girls and handsome boys are in Rome. Liars. All liars. The Basques can whip those Romans any day. All the handsome/pretty girls and guys are hanging out in Bilbao. It’s quite mountainous there- more than I expected. It was also nice being there on the Feast of St. Blaise- the whole city is in the streets of Casco Viejo- the old part of the city.
